停課期間的校園防疫安排

本校一向重視學生健康,致力為學生提供一個安全、健康的學習環境。於停課期間,本校已作出以下防疫安排:

  1. 以1:49漂白水消毒全校地方,包括課室、特別室、教員室丶洗手間、扶手地方及其他公共空間。
  2. 清理學校去水渠
  3. 於更亭放置酒精供入校人士消毒。
  4. 於校務處對開入口處放置消毒地氈。
  5. 於電梯按掣貼上膠紙,並定時消毒。
  6. 依據教育局及衞生防護中心因應COVID-19之防護建議及健康管理措施提醒各持分者注意健康。

2020-21年度 中一自行分配學位申請辦法

原訂於14/3(六)的「2020-21年度 中一自行分配學位申請」面試,因配合教育局延長農曆新年假期而取消。學校將於二月底前個別通知已報名的家長有關「2020-21年度 中一自行分配學位申請辦法」的最新安排。

<<延長農曆新年假期及假後復課安排>>

教育局根據疫情的最新發展,宣布全港學校最早在 3月 2日復課,但仍待進一步評估。教育局會繼續依據 醫學意見,並考慮學校的準備、社會防疫物資的供應等,具備足夠條件復課時,才決定最終的復課日期。假 期中,校舍會保持開放,有教職員當值。如子女缺乏照顧,家長可安排子女回校自修。學生回校時必須佩戴 口罩及帶備適量口罩。

一 外遊學生應盡快返港:

(1) 教育局強烈呼籲學生應避免到受疫情影響的地區,減低受感染的風險;

(2) 家長應安排正在外遊的子女盡快回港;

(3) 學生應留在家中,避免到人多擠迫的地方,並宜密切留意健康情況;

(4) 如有不適,應盡快求醫,並告知醫護人員最近外遊紀錄;

(5) 延遲復課期間,家長應暫停子女的集體/課外活動(如興趣班及補習班),更加不應讓學生離境旅遊;

(6) 根據衞生署衞生防護中心發放的資料,新型冠狀病毒的潛伏期可長達 14天。因此,延遲復課期間,學生應盡可能留在家中,減低受感染的風險;

(7) 教育局請學校聯絡學生(跨境學童除外) ,了解學生是否已於 2 月 3 日或之前返港,以便學校在有 需要時作出相應安排。

二 延長假期中的學習安排:

各科主任統籌佈置各級自學課程及課業,讓學生在家善用時間學習。課業佈置原則:

(1) 以「不回校」領取學習材料為先;

(2) 以已有書本及練習為主;

(3) 如合適,會安排網上學習。

學習編排:

(1) 除音、體、美、電腦、宗教外,每科均佈置預習或課業:

(2) 科主任統籌各級課業後,分兩期於 5/2/2020 及 15/2/2020 由班主任在「班群」和學校在「e-Class」 向學生發放;

(3) 沒有加入「班群」的學生,由班主任個別電話聯絡,通知有關安排。

三 中六畢業彌撒、考試對卷及 DSE 公開考試安排:

(1) 原定 2 月 28 日的中六畢業彌撒取消,如能另擇日子舉行,將另行通知;

(2) 中六學生於復課後首兩天全日對卷;

(3) 教育局會密切跟進及評估情況,考評局也會就考試安排研究適切的應變方案。如需更改 DSE 考試 安排,會盡快公布。

四 復課安排:

(1) 學校加強防疫措施,全面清潔校舍;

(2) 家長宜在家為子女量度體溫,若出現發燒或呼吸道感染病徵,應盡快求診。不應回校上課,應留 在家中休息;

(3) 成績表派發及家長日將延期至 3 月 28 日;

(4) 本校的環校跑暨新春嘉年華取消;

(5) 原訂 2 月 12 日及 13 日的教區聯運會也取消,聯運會是否延期舉行,容後公布;

(6) 2/3/2020 之前的活動或比賽均取消或改期。

《Arrangements on Deferral of Class Resumption》

In view of the latest development of the epidemic, the Education Bureau (EDB) announced that all schools would resume classes as early as 2 March 2020, yet subject to further assessment. The EDB will continue to follow professional health advice, and take into consideration the readiness of schools as well as the supply of epidemic preventive equipment in the community, etc. in deciding the date of class resumption. During the deferral period of class resumption, the school remains open and has staff on duty. Parents may send their child/ward to school for self-study should they find it necessary. All students are required to wear masks at school and bring adequate masks with them.

I. Students travelling abroad should return to Hong Kong as soon as possible

  1. We strongly urge students to avoid going to affected areas in order to reduce the risk of being infected.

  2. Parents should arrange the students who are now travelling overseas to return to Hong Kong.

  3. Students should stay at home, avoid going to crowded places and pay close attention to the health conditions.

  4. Students should consult a doctor at once if feeling unwell and inform the health care provider of their travel record.

  5. During the deferral period of class resumption, parents should refrain their children from attending group/extra-curricular activities (such as interest classes and tutorial classes) and must not allow their children to travel abroad.

  6. According to the professional advice from the Centre for Health Protection (CHP), the incubation period for novel coronavirus infection can last for 14 days. Students should stay at home as far as possible during the deferral period of class resumption to reduce the risk of infection.

  7. To facilitate schools to prepare appropriate arrangements, the EDB requests schools to contact their students (excluding cross-boundary students) to understand whether they are in Hong Kong on or before 3 February 2020.

II. Learning arrangements during the deferral period of class resumption

Subject heads coordinate the assignments and learning progress during the deferral period of class resumption so that learning is not stopped. The guiding principles are as follows:

  1. Students should not be required to return to school for the collection of learning materials.

  2. Students make use of the textbooks and/or learning materials they already have access to.

  3. Students engage in online learning where appropriate.

Learning arrangements:

  1. There is homework for all subjects except Music, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Computer Literacy and Ethics and Religious Studies.

  2. Assignments of all subjects will be released on 5 February 2020 and 15 February 2020 respectively on Class WhatsApp groups and e-Class.

  3. Students who are not in Class WhatsApp groups will be contacted by the class teachers by phone about the learning arrangements.

III. S6 Graduation Mass, Checking of Mock Examination papers and HKDSE Examinations arrangements

  1. S6 Graduation Mass on 28 February will be cancelled until further notice.

  2. S6 students should return to school for the checking of the mock examination papers on the first 2 school days after class resumes.

  3. The EDB will closely follow up and evaluate the situation, maintain close liaison with the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA). For any changes concerning the examination arrangements, the HKEAA will announce as soon as practicable.

IV. Arrangements on class resumption

  1. The school shall strengthen the cleaning of the premises and put in place all the preventive measures.

  2. Parents should check the body temperature of their children at home. In any case, if students are feeling unwell or having symptoms, they should not attend schools. They should consult a doctor immediately and stay at home for rest.

  3. The distribution of report cards and Parents’ Day will be postponed to 28 March 2020.

  4. New Year Campus Run Carnival will be cancelled.

  5. Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Secondary Schools Joint Athletics Meet on 12 and 13 February 2020 will be cancelled until further notice.

  6. All activities and competitions to be held before 2 March 2020 will be cancelled or postponed.
